Leave a bequest
A bequest or legacy to the UNAA (Victorian Division) in your Will is a wonderful way of making a significant contribution to help us continue our work promoting the programs and principles of the United Nations and providing community education and information referral services to future generations. By including the UNAA (Victorian Division) in your Will now, you can express your commitment to the aims and ideals of the United Nations and further the work of the Association.
Bequests provide an invaluable form of support and allow us to provide many services that would otherwise not have been possible. There are a variety of bequests you can make. The UNAA (Victorian Division) welcomes bequests of any type. You may choose to leave:
•a specific sum of money;
•a percentage of your estate;
•a residual bequest;
•a gift of property, shares, artwork or insurance policies.
Making a Will is an important step for every individual. It ensures that the people and organisations that you care about are provided for after your death. It is also a personal decision. We suggest that you talk over your wishes with your family and a legal advisor before making your Will.
It is very easy to make the UNAA (Victorian Division) one of your beneficiaries. Please let us know of your decision to leave a bequest. By advising us of your intentions you will help us plan for the future and allow us to thank you personally.
If you would like further information about leaving a bequest or would like to discuss it in further detail with one of our staff please contact the UNAA (Victorian Division) by phone: (03) 9670 7878 or email: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
